My son, Ryan, who is 10 is a member of the mens artistic squad at Basingstoke Gymnastics Club.
The club is raising money to send 8 of the boys to Russia for a ten day training camp and the boys are doing various activities to raise the money which is £1,100 each.
One particular activity is on 20th February where the boys will be circling around the pommel horse an incredible 1,600 times over a four hour period - 1,600 being the number of miles to Moscow.
I wondered if The Rabbiter would be able to run a story on Ryan to raise interest? |
